1. Returns

4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

- Custom or personalized products.
- Intimate or sanitary goods.
- Gift cards.
- Sale items (only regular-priced items may be refunded).
5. Shipping
You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or we made an error with your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
